Protest- peacefully protest is symbol of democracy


India is a democratic country in the world and its constitution is the biggest hand written constitution. It provides all types the facilities to citizens. Here we can say that it is a secular country where there is not a special religious for the country. freedom to assemble peacefully without arms and right to protest.
Protest against NRC

The Indian constitution has provided fundamental rights to their citizens. The article 19 which provides the right to expression, freedom to assemble peacefully without arms and right to protest. 
Recently, the government of India has brought a new bill named citizenship amendment act in which it has added some points wherefore public is very aggressive taking to that amendment act. It is the said the by the government that CAB will not provide citizenships on the basis of religion but other side it is mentioned that CAB grant citizenship to non Muslim immigrant from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afganistaan. CAB will provide citizenship to religion minorities who entered in India before December
31, 1014
And the second point is NRC national register citizenship. The government says that NRC has nothing to do on religion. NRC aimed to departure of all illegal immigrants to their religion and the main work of NRC       
Everyone has right to protest
Protest against NRC
is to identify illegal immigrant mostly from Bangladesh in Assam. NRC will include that person who can prove that they or their ancestor live in India on or before 24 march, 1972. It is regarded that the bill is the danger for democracy therefore a large number of people including women and child has started a non violence movement against this bill.
