If we talk about the good teacher, it will not wrong that the mother is the first teacher of children and they have an important place in the life of children. Children get the first education from the mother. Only mother can make the strong base of child so that the children can understand the society.
Children are the future of any country therefore it has been important for the persons to provide them good health and good education without making difference between girls and boys. Provide them equally rights of education. While the middle and low family are not able to provide good health and good education for their children.
The government announced many schemes in the welfare but at ground level that is not work. In the city area the government officers visits the schools time to time wherefore the condition of that school are good but in the rural area the condition are miserable.
Students do not came school regularly and some of them go to work other places due to poorness. While some parent do not like to send their children to school. They send their children to others works like animals grazing and many more.
At the present time all schools and colleges are closed due to covid-19 in the world and at this situation children are waiting to open schools and colleges so that they could start their education regularly form. But due to growing of corona cases it is not possible.
The government is going to start online education. It is good way to provide education to students but the internet facilities is not available in some rural area. In the rural area some boys belongs to poor family and there is no income of sources instead of farming and labour work by which they move livelihood of family.
The full report of the NSO 's survey of household social consumption on education in India, for July 2017-june 2018 highlights the poor state of computer and internet access in several states. Only Delhi, Himanchal Pradesh, and Kerala did the survey find internet access exceeding 50% for urban and rural households together.
While Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand exceeded 40%, unimpressive number still. Large states like Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnatak had access below 20%. Net access is critical considering that even where mobile phone and laptop are available some states provide them under students welfare programs.
If net connection is 5% to 10% in rural Odisha, Madhypradesh, Telangana, Karnatak and West Bengal. Only a minority section can hope to do any academic work. Mapping the needs for each districts based on the NSO data will help identify areas where children do need equipment and connectivity.
They have no enough money to collect to times food, then how they arrange money for internet connection. Many poor children used to go school since government started midday meal programm and eat good food in schools but now it has been closed due to covid-19.
