The Haryana government passed an ordinance in the welfare of Youth.

The Haryana government will have choice to recruit local candidates from one district to only 10 percent. Exemption clause shall even be provided if suitable local candidates aren't available for a specific category of industry.

 Before it Andhra Pradesh is that the first states which has passed such type bill to supply 75% reservation to locals within the private job. The bill has been challenged on the grounds of the constitutional validity within the Andhra Pradesh supreme court .
