Former Metropolitan President Dr. Noor Alam became the leader of various parties and joined the last journey.





Dr Samajwadi Janata Party (Chandrasekhar) who contested assembly elections in 1991 from City Western. Noor Alam died on Monday after prolonged illness. Thousands of people from various parties joined the last journey from their Karachi residence at 10 am on Tuesday. Namaz-e-Janaza was studied in the park near the house and his meyat was transported to the dark skinned cemetery.

According to Samajwadi Party's Metropolitan Media Incharge, Sam Mora Askari, Drs. Noor Alam suffered a heart attack and a leg fracture for a few days. He was undergoing treatment at home. Noor Alam was currently the state general secretary of the Progressive Socialist Party Lohia, before he became the metropolitan president of the Samajwadi Party in 1995 and was president for three times. All party leaders mourned his death. In his last visit, leaders and social people from various political parties paid tribute and paid homage.
