Today, the entire world is at the stage of such development where it's tried to require the whole world to the highest of development by using its cloud, the one that has supported him during this work is an expression of ideas. is that the medium of propagation and spread of data and sentiment which is feasible only with our dialect or language.
Pura World which is that the language garden. during which the flowers of his literature blossom and beyond are scenting the planet society with the fragrance of his knowledge.
He performs this add his language which consists and settled in his mind and body, during which philosophy of originality are often seen in his literature. This work is feasible only within the language.
Keeping this in mind, UNESCO has announced the date of World Language Day on 21 February.
This day has been celebrated per annum since 2000. to market and disseminate the literature of each local or only language within the world,
History of World Only Language Day: -
In this context, once we mention its history, on 21 February 1952, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, there have been some students whose movement was to urge the popularity of propagation of their language only at the national level. Upon which the local police-administration fired and was brutally murdered. Taking cognizance of this incident, UNESCO had promised to celebrate this date as World Day only and it's been happening regularly since 2000.
Objective - the most objective of celebrating this date globally
the sole objective of celebrating this date on a worldwide level is to develop a way of respect and to acknowledge them on the planet level, only within the language of literature.
Language introduction
When we mention language development, we will divide the language into four parts.
1: -Mominal language: - We also call it local language, thanks to which contribution of that local society developed and which developed in state or province.
2: Language of the state or province: -
When a state or province is made with the assistance of this local language, then it's declared the language of that state or province, and therefore the entire administrative work and literature is produced during this language.
3: - Language of Rastra
When a nation is made by the sum of a state or province, the language which is employed in its development is named a national language. Rashtriya curiosity during this language and therefore the creation of literature is named Rastriya language.
4: - International language
- When this nation uses the language for its thought and expression globally, it's called the language of the planet or the international language.
