The world is not made only one creature. It is made a verity of creatures which lives in environment but the most intelligent creature is humans on earth. The time changed gradually and humans began to invent new things in which some are good and some are bad for ecosystem and its creatures. Turtle is such a type’s creature which lives both sweet and salt water and there is a lot of species of turtle which is under mentioned.

Many turtle lives near about 50 years and some of them live below it. It is a reptile on earth. Turtle are very shy creatures. It can pet on home in special care. Some turtle are vegetarian while some are apposite to it. They eat insects.

For the safety of turtle, on may 23 2020, world turtle day, a number of conservation agencies launched a citizen science initiative, a mobile based application called KURMA, its aim is to turtle conservation. The application is developed by the India turtle Conservation Action Network in collaboration with the Turtle survival alliance-India and wildlife conservation society-India, not only provides users a database to identify a species but also provides the location of the nearest rescue center for turtles across the country. A report released in 2019 by TRAFFIC an international wildlife trade monitoring organization, showed that at least 200 tortoise and freshwater turtles fall prey to illicit poaching and smuggling every week, or 110000 each year adding up to over 111130 turtles poached or smuggled between September 2009 and September 2019. Protection status in accordance with CITES convention on International Trade in Endangered Species and the Wildlife Protection Act.  The KURMA app is free to download.
